Having studied Master of Business Management, Hon. Uttam Jadhav, inspired by the goal of benefiting the rural areas from the knowledge and experience in the field of banking management, along with his colleagues established the Radhanagari Urban Nidhi (Bank). The bank started on the principle of 'no profit no loss' has become a financial support for many. Today, 25 thousand 'A class' members from Radhanagari, Bhudargarh, Kagal, Karveer talukas have been added to this family with the efforts of all the collaborators.
